Dalton—Coming off its second year-in-a-row recognition by Sherwin-Williams as Vendor of the Year, Beaulieu enters the 2011 NAA show loaded with a portfolio of new carpet styles for the multi-family and condo markets. All new Beaulieu carpets have the company’s Magic Fresh or  Puralex built-in odor reducing treatment to rid the indoor air of annoying pet, cooking or smoking smells.

In the Beaulieu booth #2223 will be Brushstrokes of the Pure Collection from Bolyu. Designed for public spaces, this modular style uses Beaulieu’s Avalar SDX solution dyed nylon with recycled content for durability and performance. But Brushstrokes has to be seen and experienced to be truly appreciated, according to Ben Hahn, a director of marketing and sales for Beaulieu. “It has the look of a woven fabric with large patterning like paint strokes, hence the name Brushstrokes,” Hahn said.

Beaulieu will also be introducing three new broadloom collections from its famous Hollytex Quick Ship program: Canvas, Brush, and Paint are color coordinated and ideal for multi-family properties.

Canvas is a 28-ounce, 100% BCF solution dyed nylon made in a densely constructed loop style for outstanding wear characteristics. Its textured pattern is reminiscent of an old world cobblestone street with deep rich colors that reduce the appearance of soiling and wear.

Small-scale pinstripe design gives Brush the look of expensive European textiles. This 26-ounce solution dyed nylon graphic loop pattern uses metallic yarn to create this effect in 12 colors. Paint is a 26-ounce solution dyed nylon graphic loop in organic colors and dynamic patterns.

Beaulieu also brings back its highly popular Beaulieu Property Management Solutions series. Solutions V and VI are made with PET solution dyed polyester fiber, meaning that the color never fades, even in the harshest sunlight. They can even be cleaned with a 50% bleach solution. The fiber is made with 50% recycled content—recycled plastic water and soft drink bottles. 3M Scotchgard protection comes standard.

Solutions VII and VIII are 100% solution dyed nylon loop styles designed for high-traffic common areas such as corridors, lobbies and clubhouses.
