Norfolk, Neb. — MP Global Products has introduced UltraLayer, a VOC-free, odorless and hypoallergenic underlayment that is engineered to deliver exceptional acoustic and insulating performance under ceramic and porcelain tile, and most natural stone.

When installed with residential ceramic tile, mortar, and grout, and in accordance with TCNA installation standards, UltraLayer was rated for light commercial use in office space, reception areas, kitchens and bathrooms. When installed with commercial porcelain tile, epoxy mortar, and epoxy grout, it is rated for extra heavy and high impact use in flood plants, dairies, breweries, and kitchens. 

UltraLayer is LEED compliant.
