Export, Pa. — Karndean Designflooring has announced the promotion of Tim Hanno to the position of director of retail sales, effective immediately. In this new position, he will succeed Larry Browder, who recently became CEO of Karndean.
“We’re excited to bring someone of Tim’s experience and ability into the position of director of retail sales,” Browder said. “During his time with Karndean, he has been instrumental in many key areas of the business, including growing our relationships with our national retail accounts, formulating our strategy with retail partners, and building a more robust training program, just to name a few. His experience in these areas, combined with his sales leadership and vision, will be crucial to taking our retail business to the next level.”
Hanno has been with Karndean for more than three years, most recently serving as national retail channel manager. He comes to the position with extensive experience in sales, architecture and design, home building, and has developed strong relationships throughout the retail community.
“There is a great team in place here at Karndean and I am excited to begin my new role,” he said. “I’m also looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in helping Karndean continue its growth and success.”
