Commack, N.Y.—CBC Flooring, distributors of resilient commercial floor covering, purchased Halo Floors on May 4 at an undisclosed price. Halo’s luxury vinyl tile (LVT) expanded CBC’s product portfolio to include 36 designs in its wood line, 42 colorways in stone and 104 SKUs in the Something Different collection.

“Halo really is something different [and expands what we can offer] to designers, architects and specifiers looking for a fresh design in LVT with great value,” said Jeff Collum, director of flooring for CBC. “We are even more excited to work with Mary Docker, whose name is synonymous with new and exciting design concepts.”

As the former CEO of Amtico, Docker started Halo Floors in 2004, and helped develop and design many of the products.  “CBC is a perfect home for Halo and will allow the brand to be exposed to more potential customers,” she said.
