Atlanta—Obeetee Inc, Amici Imports, and Colonial Mills have extended their presence in Atlanta with the renewal of their showroom leases, effective immediately. Obeetee is located in a 5,400 sq. ft. showroom on floor 5, 5-D-8, in Building 1. Both Amici Imports and Colonial Mills are on floor 6 in Building 1. Amici is in a 2,100 sq. ft. space in 6-F-11 and Colonial Mills is in a 1,646 sq. ft. space in 6-E-1.

Obeetee, an AmericasMart exhibitor since 1993, is an Indian producer and exporter of hand-knotted, hand-tufted and flatwoven carpets.

“Our showroom at AmericasMart has proven to be a premier location for our company,” said Pradeep Agarwal, president of Obeetee. “We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to continue working together and extending our reach to key customers and contacts around the world through our showroom in Atlanta.”

Amici Imports, established in 2003, has shown product at AmericasMart Atlanta since its start. Known as a diversified producer and importer of handmade area rugs and wall-to-wall rugs, the wholesale and manufacturing company has made an impact around the world. Amici also manufactures and imports a line of pillows, throws and fabrics from Italy, as well as bath and towel products from India.

Colonial Mills, founded in 1977, is in the braided rug business, all of which are made in the USA. A long-time exhibitor for more than two decades, Colonial Mills products have been sold at AmericasMart Atlanta since 1985.

“We have partnered with AmericasMart for 25 years and have always significantly benefited from our showroom in Atlanta,” said Don Scarlata, president and CEO of Colonial Mills. “We look forward to more decades of doing business the right way in Atlanta at AmericasMart.”
