NAPLES, FLA.—The National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) has elected Nyle Wadford president for the 2010-12 term. He will replace John Cox, who served the organization from 2008-10.
As vice chairman of NTCA’s technical committee, a Handbook committee member of the Tile Council of North America and vice chairman of the ANSI ASC A108 committee, Wadford has played an active role in shaping NTCA’s direction for several years. He will now oversee the executive committee and board while working with its staff to ensure the organization’s goals are implemented during his term. Presently the primary commercial estimator and technical expert for Neuse Tile Service in Youngsville, N.C., Wadford has been instrumental in his company’s participation in trade associations as a member of NTCA for over 25 years. Wadworth became Neuse’s president in 1987 and was joined by his sister, Paige, in 1995, who became vice president. Their father ran the company before them.
