Oswego, N.Y.—SureLock Industries, known for its state-of-the-art hardwood flooring finishing facility, has recently appointed Joe Marmon to the position of president.

The appointment of Marmon was announced by SureLock founder and partner, Art “Brownie” Brown.  “Having worked closely with Joe during his time with Aacer, we feel very fortunate to have a person of his quality and experience taking on the leadership of our company as we continue to grow.”

Marmon brings over 20 years of experience in the hardwood manufacturing industry, including kitchen cabinetry, wood flooring, architectural mill works and component manufacturing. He has most recently held the position of vice president of operations at both Shamrock Hardwood Flooring and Aacer Hardwood.

Marmon stated, “I look forward to employing systematic approaches with structured methodologies to create efficient operation flows a reduced downtimes.”
