Pergo infringement case dismissed

Viken, Sweden—The district court of Düsseldorf dismissed last week the patent infringement case of Pergo vs. Balterio on Välinge´s 5G original technology.

According to Välinge executives, the case was based on Pergo´s European patent and German utility model. An opposition proceeding is pending against the patent and cancellation requests have been filed against the utility model.

Välinge said it supported Balterio in its legal defense against Pergo.
