Norman Bykofsky, Max Windsor Floors' Salesman of the Year, with Peter Spirer, director of sales and marketing, and Sheila Bykofsky.

Norman Bykofsky, known to his customers and colleagues as “Stormin’ Norman,” was named Salesman of the Year by Max Windsor Floors.  Bykofsky and his wife and business partner, Sheila, manage South Florida for the company. They  joined the sales force only three years ago.

Fernando Ornelas, Max Windsor’s national sales manager, presented the award trophy to Bykofsky at Max Windsor Floor’s Annual Sales Meeting held recently in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.  Commenting Bykofsky’s achievement, Ornelas said, “There are few times when a company has the chance to bestow this highest of honors without any hesitation as to the most deserving candidate. [Bykofsky] has set a new standard of accomplishment for both his sales and his role as a mentor and symbol of excellence within our sales organization. He is a great team player.”

The Bykofskys relocated to Florida from New York City, where they were sales agents for many years.  When he arrived in Florida, Bykofsky was given a territory by Max Windsor.  Although totally new to the area, he and Sheila quickly developed a dealer base, building customer loyalty and support through strong communications and tireless service.
