Atlanta—Home Depot named Mohawk first runner up for its 2013 Innovation Award.
 Mohawk was named for its Soft Spring carpet, which Home Depot praised for its softness and stain and wear warranties.

The top winner was Cree for its LED light bulb. Plantation Patterns Patio won second runner-up honors for its Create Your Own Collection patio furniture.
