Dalton—The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) will hold its annual membership meeting Nov. 13. The Joseph J. Smrekar Memorial Award will be presented to the person who has shown exemplary service and dedication to the carpet industry over the past year.
The award is named in honor of Dr. Joseph Smrekar, a longtime associate of Milliken & Co. and dedicated CRI volunteer.
Other activities include welcoming newly elected CRI board members and recognizing outgoing members.
