Chattanooga, Tenn. — G.T. Issa Construction and Shaw Floors held a Floor Signing Party for the Chattanooga St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway in the Canyons at Falling Water subdivision in Hixson, Tenn., on May 1.  Subcontractors and vendors, who contributed to the construction of this year’s home, estimated to value $500,000, were invited to leave well wishes on the floor of the St. Jude Dream Home.

Sponsors, volunteers, and a St. Jude family gathered at the Floor Signing Party including: Gus Issa of G.T. Issa Construction, Ken Hicks and Daniel Wyatt of US101, Latrice Currie of WRCB Channel, and Geoff Ramsey of RE/MAX Properties.  Very special guests in attendance for the event included St. Jude patient Zachary and his mother Natalie; Kathy Young, vice president of marketing for Shaw Floors; and representatives from the Shaw Floors marketing team.

Shaw Floors is a national sponsor of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway and will be supplying flooring in all St. Jude Dream Home houses across the country this year.  Sponsors include WRCB Channel 3, G.T. Issa Construction, US101, Luttrell Development Company, Chattanooga Times Free Press, Comcast, Geoff Ramsey of RE/MAX Properties, The Miller Family Foundation, Smart Furniture, and national sponsors, Brizo, Shaw and Trane.

Only 7,500 tickets will be sold for a chance to win the St. Jude Dream Home and 14 other prizes. $100 Tickets are now on sale by calling 1-800-750-6962 or by visiting www.dreamhome.org, Regions Bank, and Gigi’s Cupcakes.  Free tours of the St. Jude Dream Home will be available starting Saturday, May 17.
