Export, Pa. — Karndean Designflooring announced several strategic changes to its commercial sales team in a continuing effort to have sales representatives in every major U.S. city.

Sandra Drake has been promoted to the position of Eastern region sales manager for the commercial sales team. Drake has been with Karndean for four years, initially managing the company’s distributors in the Midwest and more recently serving as national accounts executive in the commercial division. Her career has been in the construction and building materials sectors, with substantial experience in the area of floor coverings.

As of June 2014, Rik Brotherton will become Western region sales manager for the commercial division. Brotherton joined Karndean in the United Kingdom in 1995, eventually becoming national sales manager. In 2003, he and his family moved to the States, where he was one of the original members of the U.S. sales team. The company said he has proven himself to be reliable, hard-working, honest, straightforward and strong sales performer.

Jonathan “JT” Troshynski has been promoted to the position of commercial accounts manager. Previously serving as Karndean’s commercial sales representative for Colorado, Troshynski will manage key national accounts and acquire new business and customers. Prior to joining the commercial sales team at Karndean, Troshynski was a territory manager in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah, where he helped build the Karndean retailer network in those regions.

Commercial sales representative Erin West has relocated from the Florida market to Chicago, where she will now manage the Illinois and Wisconsin area for Karndean. Before joining Karndean, West served as the commercial account manager for the Florida market at Empire Today. In addition to her experience in commercial sales, she has a background in interior design.

Karndean has hired Kaydee Donovan as West’s replacement in the Florida area. According to the company, Donovan has a strong background in architect/design, interiors, and end users and will be a great addition to the commercial team.
