Hicksville, N.Y.—Floor Covering News on Feb. 16 launched a weekly e-newsletter in an effort to further expand its digital presence and bring industry news and features directly to readers’ inboxes.

Every Monday, FCNews will send an e-newsletter to its subscribers featuring exclusive content, extended versions of articles from the most recent issue as well as fresh copy that will appear in the upcoming issue. With this new initiative, FCNews aims to deliver relevant content to its readers every week to supplment the biweekly flagship publication.

The exclusive content that will appear in the FCNewsletter will most often be retailer centric, where floor covering dealers will be asked to share their thoughts on a pertinent issue. Readers will also get a heads-up on some of the articles that will appear in the next issue of FCNews.

“This e-newsletter gives us a way to connect with our readers more frequently than the print publication allows, giving us another opportunity to deliver information in a more timely manner,” said Steven Feldman, publisher and editorial director.

The FCNewsletter will also highlight a charity each week, helping to raise awareness and support for the organization by providing subscribers with a link to the cause’s website.

If you would like to subscribe to the FCNewsletter, please send an email to info@fcnews.net. FCNews is also seeking sponsors for each e-newsletter, where an added benefit will be the opportunity to share news about the company, emphasize a product or shed light on an initiative.
