Daltile provides tile for Sunset Green Home project

Home Press Release Daltile provides tile for Sunset Green Home project

Dallas—The Sunset Green Home project is bringing a green future to a home in Southampton, N.Y., on the East End of Long Island, that was all but lost to Superstorm Sandy in 2012. Thanks to the help of Daltile, along with several other manufacturers, homeowner Kim Erle is able to rebuild, while sharing the message of attainable sustainability with the community.

Daltile has donated tile (which brings a sustainable element thanks to its durability, and help meeting LEED requirements for indoor air quality) for the pool house, mud room, and all of the bathrooms throughout the home.

The sleek, clean look of Daltile’s City View ColorBody Porcelain will grace the floors of the pool house, while Veranda Solids and Modern Dimensions will decorate the floors and walls of the bathrooms. The master bathroom will create a cool calm environment with honed Calacatta Marble. The home should be completed at the end of July and will be open to the public for tours.
