Dalton—Shaw’s Asia manufacturing facility in Nantong, China has achieved LEED Silver status in the New Construction category and Shaw Contract Group’s new London showroom, Hub 33, has achieved Silver certification from Ska Rating, the environmental assessment tool for sustainable fit-outs within the UK.

“The achievement of LEED New Construction Silver certification within our Nantong manufacturing plant reflects Shaw Industries’ commitment to sustainable business practices globally,” said Tim Baucom, vice president of Shaw’s commercial division. “This is the result of a tremendous amount of work performed by a cross-cultural team dedicated to ensuring this facility is a world class manufacturing operation. The Ska Silver Rating for our London space further demonstrates our global commitment to environmental responsibility.”
