Crossville, Tenn.—Crossville has acquired all assets belonging to Design Materials (DMI), a distribution business headquartered in Denver, Colo. Design Materials joins recently acquired CAPCO to strengthen Crossville’s position in the market. Operations will be folded into the existing company-owned distribution arm, Crossville Tile & Stone (CT&S).
