Portland, Ore.—Wanke Cascade, an Oregon based distributor, has hired Rob Tarver as its new president. Tarver joins the company with 20 years of flooring experience where he served a variety of executive roles in sales, marketing and product development. Most recently, Tarver was the vice president of sales for Wellmade Performance Flooring and spent many years prior working with Wilsonart International.
