Denver—Palo Duro Hardwoods has appointed a new management team. Together, Tom Ruekert and Marc Schulz will assume all responsibilities for Palo Duro and for Lägler North America, effective immediately.

Training will continue to be a major focus for the new team. “We’re committed to continuing to expand our PST program,” said Ruekert. “We’ve recently marked our 10th year of training floor sanding professionals and are celebrating by hosting our first-ever couples trip to Germany to commemorate this milestone.”

The trip, which includes airfare, transportation, hotel, meals and sight-seeing, is open to couples working together in the industry. “It’s a once-in-lifetime experience to get one-on-one training with the world leader in flooring sanding equipment, while visiting Lägler’s headquarters in Germany, as well as a stop in Strasbourg,” said Schulz. The trip will be held June 7-13. The deadline for entries is April 15.

Tom Ruekert can be reached at tom@palo-duro.com, and Marc Schulz can be reached at marc@laglersanders.com.
