Builder’s Choice XL is the natural next step up from CALI’s original hit collection, Builder’s Choice. This competitively priced rigid core LVP is not offered on CALI’s website and is made for large-scale projects and stocking options with a minimum order of 1,000 square feet.

In response to the success of CALI’s first pros-only line, Builder’s Choice, the omni-channel building products company has launched Builder’s Choice XL, a longer, broader vinyl plank with commercial-grade durability. BCXL is ideal for professional orders with a competitive price point appropriate for large-scale installations.

“Riding the success of Builder’s Choice, we now bring you BCXL, a natural upgrade and a great one-two punch,” said Doug Jackson, CALI president. “We expect these collections to live side by side, giving both the pro and the end user two fantastic products that offer different colors, visuals, lengths and widths.”

The BCXL launch includes six all-new colors (see below) with stunningly authentic hardwood visuals and the best value per square foot. Planks are longer and wider, measuring 60 inches long x 9 inches wide and 3/16-inch-thick, compared to the original Builder’s Choice line measuring 48 x 7-1/8. Larger planks with a precise click-lock system make for faster floated installations, saving time, money and mess, particularly during bigger commercial projects.

Like all Cali Vinyl collections, BCXL is 100% waterproof and shielded by a 20-mil-thick wear layer—perfect for any home, storefront, gym or hotel. A strengthening limestone composite core makes flooring easy to install and clean in any room without the need for glue, nails or acclimation. Built-in IXPE acoustic padding provides boosted sound and thermal insulation for more comfortable interiors. As with all Cali Vinyl flooring, BCXL is also FloorScore certified, and backed by a 50-year residential and 15-year commercial warranty.
