Vinnie Virga Jr.Auburn, Mass.—Floors & More has promoted Vinnie Virga Jr. to the role of vice president. In this role he will oversee day-to-day operations at the company’s corporate offices here, including leading its franchisee and member support team, its new member/franchisee recruiting efforts, vendor relations and managing the digital marketing team.

Vin Virga Sr., CEO, said Vinnie’s exceptional experience positions him well for the change in role. That experience includes having worked in retail doing accounting, sales and as the regional manager of a five-store Floor To Ceiling chain, in addition to his member services and recruiting experience in his former role as director of membership along with his engagement with all departments at Floors & More.

Vinnie Virga Jr. said he is pleased and honored to serve and work with the franchisees, members and vendors. With a passion for leading, he said he looks forward to strengthening the exceptional team of dedicated staff and partners that support all of its activities.

Floors & More said it enjoyed exceptional growth in store locations and in overall volume in 2020. In addition to Virga Jr.’s recent promotion, the company also added several more talented members to its corporate team.
