Santa Fe Springs, Calif. – Galleher, a top-20 distributor, has named Samantha Barth as its new director of sales development and training. Barth joins Galleher after a 14-year career at Mannington Mills, where she held a number of relevant sales management and training positions.

Barth’s appointment reflects Galleher’s continued commitment to meeting the expanded needs of their customers through its unique strategic and consultative selling model. “Sam Barth joining our team could not have come at a better time,” said Ted Kozikowski, Galleher president and CEO. “Her depth of experience and ability to provide strategic sales training and development is second to none. Her leadership will further enhance our consultative sales model to allow us to more effectively meet the needs of our customers to help them keep the promises they make to their customers.”

In her new role, Barth will oversee the sales team in the greater Los Angeles area as well as provide strategic sales development for several key Galleher accounts. In addition, she will spearhead Galleher’s internal sales training and salesperson development efforts. She will report to Clay Covington, vice president of sale.

“I’ve known Sam for many years since we both worked together at Mannington Mills,” Covington said. “I’ve watched her career develop as she has taken on greater responsibilities and honed her sales and business skills over the years. We are lucky to add such an accomplished sales and business leader to our team.”

Barth is looking forward to her new role. “I couldn’t be more excited to join such a fast growing and dynamic team at Galleher,” she said.  “I’m looking forward to working closely with Galleher’s customers as we continue to grow and expand their business opportunities.”

Galleher has grown significantly over the past few years. Last year sales reached $335 million, representing more than a 50% growth rate over 2020 through organic sales increases and strategic acquisitions that expanded Galleher’s footprint to seven western states.
