Dalton—Alliance Flooring, parent of CarpetsPlus, Carpet Tile and Carpetland Color Tile retail stores, has named Shaw as its Hard Surface Supplier of the Year. Shaw received the award at the annual Alliance Flooring convention held at the Orlando Gaylord Hotel in Orlando, Fla., on March 14.
“Shaw is proud and honored to receive this award,” said Welton Davison, Shaw Hard Surfaces director of national accounts. “We’ve had an outstanding partnership with Alliance Flooring and its members that continues to grow stronger every year.”
Jon Logue, co-CEO of Alliance Flooring, pointed out that since half of the company’s purchases are hard surfaces, the award is very noteworthy. “Shaw provides strong support and participation in our programs, including promotional displays. Welton and his team have grown our business during trying times by being aggressive and working with us on new ideas.” Logue mentioned Shaw’s new laminate and LVT Color Tile programs and displays are particularly impressive.
