Manchester, N.H.—Flooring America and Flooring Canada announced Keith Spano and Jim Duff have been named co-presidents for Flooring America/Flooring Canada.  To the arrangement, Duff brings his long-standing tenure and relationship with the members while Spano complements that experience with his 20-plus years in our industry. In their new roles, they will work together to ensure the ongoing success of Flooring America and Flooring Canada members. They will be focusing on innovative programs and tools aimed at maximizing members’ profitability.

Duff has served as President of Flooring Canada since 1994 where he directed the operations of Flooring Canada, recruitment and membership retention, and overseeing advertising and marketing initiatives. His experience in advertising and knowledge of training sales staff have been an asset to Flooring Canada members for many years. In addition, Duff is involved with sales, sales management, motivational training programs, business-skills seminars, and other programs offered to members.

Spano, previously senior vice president of Flooring America, is an industry veteran who got his start in his family’s flooring business. His range of experience in many areas of the floor covering industry, from sales and marketing to product management and supplier relations, comes from experience in positions such as the director of national accounts for franchises at Beaulieu, and executive vice president of marketing and merchandising for Abbey Carpet.

“We have brought together two of our most talented industry veterans to lead Flooring America and Flooring Canada,” said Howard Brodsky, Co-CEO of CCA Global Partners, parent company of Flooring America and Flooring Canada. “Members will certainly benefit from their combined experience and expertise.”
