HomeNewsCline joins CARE as operations manager

DALTON—Anthony Cline has joined the Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE) as operations manager replacing Jeremy Stroop, who has left the organization to pursue other interests.

A recent graduate of Dalton State College with a degree in business administration, Cline will be responsible for the organization’s day-to-day operations in addition to assisting CARE members and providing valuable support to AB 2398 participants.

“The CARE board and I are thrilled to have Anthony with us full time,” said Georgina Sikorski, executive director. “He’s a diligent worker with a sincere commitment to preserving the environment by diverting carpet from the landfill. He grew up in north Georgia and knows the carpet industry well. More importantly, he understands the balance of interests that must be maintained in order to keep CARE moving forward.”
