Toano, Va.—With the reitrement of Lumber Liquidators’ CEO Jeffrey Griffiths on Jan. 1, Robert Lynch, the company’s president and COO, has assumed the CEO role. Griffiths will remain with Lumber Liquidators through March 18 to ensure a smooth transition. In addition, the board appointed Lynch a director.

“Jeff has made significant contributions as we entered the public markets, established a strong infrastructure and expanded our footprint into new markets,” said Tom Sullivan, chairman. “We look forward to having Rob’s enthusiasm and retail experience to lead our business going forward.”
