Export, Pa. — Karndean Designflooring announce that it has been selected as one of Pittsburgh’s Top Workplaces for the third consecutive year.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. Employees rate their employers on general job satisfaction, flexibility, perks and benefits such as healthcare, insurance and paid holidays, as well as rating aspects of leadership, career development, communication and engagement. WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a research firm on organizational health and employee engagement, conducted the survey.

Karndean Designflooring was ranked 12th out of 50 in the small company category, which is comprised of businesses with as many as 149 employees residing in the Pittsburgh region. The company employs more than 70 people from its US headquarters in Export.

“To be named as one of the region’s top workplaces for the third year in a row truly is an honor,” said Larry Browder, CEO of Karndean Designflooring. “Karndean continues to enjoy tremendous growth both locally and nationally. We owe a great deal of our success to the hard work and dedication of our team. People are at the heart of what we do and providing a great working environment for our employees is paramount.”
