Neenah, Wis.—The National Academy of Floor Covering Training (NAFCT) is inviting floor industry professionals to attend the first annual technical training conference and trade show.

Installers, retailers, general contractors, inspectors, claims professionals and anyone involved in the floor coverings industry are all welcome to attend.

Manufacturer technical representatives will each be giving two-hour, hands-on and/or PowerPoint training sessions on how to use their products. These sessions include technical training—not sales presentations.

This event will consist of 42 two-hour sessions over three days. Participating manufacturers include: Ardex, Mapei, Royal Adhesive, Tarkett, Roppe, Novalis, Wagner, Tramex, Schonox, Halex, Capri Cork, CBC Flooring, ADT Adhesive and more.

NAFCT’s conference will take place at the Dalton Convention Center in Dalton immediately following the National Institute of Certified Floorcovering Inspectors 2016 convention and will be held in conjunction with the American Floorcovering Alliance FloorTek event on October 20.

NAFCT will also be conducting a table top show on October 20 for attendees to meet one-on-one with technical representatives from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. This event is limited to 40 booths.
