Dependable’s self-levelers, patches and primers will be sold through William M. Bird and its East Bay Supply Co. division.

Charleston, S.C.—William M. Bird, a leading distributor of residential and commercial flooring products in the Southeast, has partnered with Dependable, LLC, a Midwest manufacturer of floor preparation products, to expand its offering of flooring preparation supplies. The line of self-levelers, patches and primers will be sold through William M. Bird and its East Bay Supply Co. division to flooring customers in the Southeast U.S. The partnership between the companies was effective on January 1, 2021.

“We are proud to bring the Dependable line of flooring preparation products to our customers,” said Jaco Kruger, director of sales for East Bay Supply Co. “Dependable has a long history and strong reputation for providing quality products that deliver great performance. We believe this new line will be an added resource to our flooring installers. We look forward to a long and successful partnership with Dependable.”

Todd Miller, VP of sales for Dependable, added that the company is excited to partner with Bird. “William Bird’s expertise in the multi-family and commercial segments of flooring are an ideal avenue to provide the local contractor the innovative, cost effective and user-friendly solutions found at FloorPrep.com,” he said.

Inventory of Dependable products will be well-stocked and available for purchase through William M. Bird and its East Bay Supply Co. pro shop locations.
