lifetime warrantyDalton—Taylor Adhesives will now offer a lifetime warranty for wood flooring installations done by a National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) Certified Professionals certified installer. This performance warranty applies to Taylor Signature Line and Essentials Line wood adhesive products only and will cover replacement of floor covering material, replacement of Taylor product(s) and labor costs to repair and replace in the event of an adhesive related failure.

Taylor Adhesives is the first company to offer an extended warranty recognizing the extensive training required to achieve NWFA certified installer credentials. This will extend the normal Taylor 10-year warranty to match the warranty of the wood flooring product installed.

“We recognize the quality of the training program the NWFA conducts for wood flooring installers,” said Seth Gladden, director of marketing for Meridian Industrial Flooring Division and Taylor. “We believe in that, and we want to support their program by offering this unprecedented lifetime warranty for wood flooring installations performed by NWFA-certified installers using Taylor products.”

Brett Miller, VP of technical standards, training and certification, NWFA, added, “Taylor has long supported NWFA with wood adhesive donations to our schools and has assisted in training installers. This type of support provides an incentive for installers to invest in certification. We appreciate Taylor’s support of NWFA, our certification programs, the industry and consumers.”

As a further sign of support of NWFA, Taylor also offers its customers discounts and incentives towards NWFA certification testing to its customers. Taylor distributors can also receive a discount for hosting NWFA wood floor installation training in their locations to reach local installers in their markets.
