Mountville, Pa.—AHF Products, whose portfolio currently comprises more than a dozen brands, expects to add another well-known name (and category) to its offering. Floor Covering News has learned the company has been discussing a potential combination with Crossville and has reached an agreement in principle to do so.

“AHF believes Crossville is a strong brand with a great history and would fit well with the AHF portfolio,” a company spokesperson stated. “We expect to close the transaction by mid-October.”
