Mt. Laurel, N.J. – Ecore and NEWH, a non-profit organization connecting its members to hospitality professionals and products, will offer a Continuing Education Unit (CEU) titled “Recycled Rubber Sound Insulation: Sustainable Benefits” on Thursday, June 20 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Hyatt Place Mt. Laurel.
“This CEU is ideal for hotel owners and managers, facilities managers, architects, interior designers, flooring installers, and sustainability-focused professionals,” said Mark Giuranna, the Ecore regional manager who helped organize this event. “AIA and ASID credits will also be available.”
This CEU will provide:
- An overview of recycled rubber sound insulation
- Benefits of recycled rubber flooring
- A discussion of the impact of recycled rubber sound insulation on LEED and FloorScore accreditation.
NEWH members and students can attend for free; $15 for non members. Registration is required and light refreshments will be provided.
