Wilmington, Mass. – Parterre Flooring congratulates Perkins Eastman on winning an iPad3 in the Parterre Spaces photo contest. The photo of the Beiersdorf breakout area, featuring Parterre’s InGrained Lancaster Patina product, received the most votes in the photo contest on Parterre’s Facebook page.
The winning photo is a shot of the Wilton, Conn. headquarters of Beiersdorf, a global consumer product company specializing in skin care. “The design intent was to create a bright, fresh working environment that reflected the client’s core mission and branding,” explained Perkins Eastman designer Kate Putaski. “Areas were dedicated to product display, idea sharing, and branding opportunities for Beiersdorf to alternate as needed. Parterre vinyl flooring was used in public spaces to create a warm, inviting area for visitors. This particular photo was taken outside the divisible training room, for guests to gather before and after large meetings.”
The Perkins Eastman design team for this project included: Mark Van Summern, Anthony Younes, Helene O’Dwyer-Garcia, Connor Glass, Kate Putaski and Anitha Nayak.
“With an eye-catching design and beautiful use of our flooring, it’s easy to see why this photo was the winner in our contest,” said Parterre president T. Fred Roche. “We thank the Perkins Eastman team for their entry and support.”
