City of Industry, Calif. – Bentley Prince Street is thrilled to launch its new area rug program, designed to meet the growing demand for soft flooring options to complement hard surface flooring in corporate and residential design. Having offered custom area rug products since 1979, the company was inspired to go back to the drawing board in recent years to create a user-friendly area rug program for its customers. Now, designers, architects and homeowners may achieve luxury design space that reflects beauty, color, texture and function with award-winning, high-quality carpet products.

From natural wood surfaces and concrete, to ceramic tile and modular carpet – a multitude of today’s environments will benefit from the warmth, flexibility and performance of area rugs including: corporate, healthcare, higher education, government, retail, hospitality and high-rise residential.

“We have seen tremendous growth in area rugs the recent years and we knew the time was right for a complete solution for the design community,” Noelle Novak, director of marketing. “Our new area rug program is easy-to-use, offers all our carpet products and will make a beautiful statement in any setting.”

The area rug program offers hundreds of versatile patterns – organic, linear, geometric, textured, solid and floral – and an array of sophisticated colors. With a simplified format, the program also makes it easy to select a variety of borders, edges and backings to complete a desired look. As with any Bentley Prince Street product, area rugs include branded, high-quality fiber, soil and stain protection, and antimicrobial treatment.

Area rugs can be ordered through Bentley Prince Street sales representatives worldwide or through the company’s customer care department. It’s as easy as selecting a pattern and color, choosing a shape and size, adding a border, edge and backing and placing the order. Bentley Prince Street also offers custom designs, colors and shapes for area rugs, runners and walk-off mats along with corporate programs for multi-location customer standards.

Bentley Prince Street is committed to responsible manufacturing, including providing third party verification for its sustainability programs and progress. Containing an average of 10% post-consumer recycled content by total product weight, many Bentley Prince Street products also contain additional recycled yarn content in the face fiber. All products manufactured by Bentley Prince Street are certified to the NSF-140 Sustainability Assessment for Carpet at the Platinum level when installed with High PerformancePC backing and at the Gold level when installed with NexStep Cushion Tile backing.  Bentley Prince Street manufactures in a LEED-EB for Existing Buildings Gold certified facility and is a multi-year recipient of the GSA Evergreen Award.
