Part of being a successful wood flooring professional is staying ahead of the curve with the latest trends, techniques, products and technologies that the industry has to offer.

National Wood Flooring Association’s (NWFA) Degree Program is a unique opportunity developed for those members who have been part of the association for three or more consecutive years. Those who qualify are eligible to earn degrees based on their educational training, personal achievement and service to the wood flooring industry.

Types of NWFA degrees:

Craftsman
Recognizes individuals who have achieved 25 credits for education, achievement and service (15 credits must be in education).

Master Craftsman
Recognizes individuals who have achieved the Craftsman Degree, have attended or served as an instructor at an NWFA Advanced or Expert School, and/or have won a Wood Floor of the Year award. Also, individuals must have earned an additional 25 credits (15 credits must be in education).

Advanced Master
Recognizes individuals who have received the Master Craftsman Degree and have earned an additional 25 achievement credits.

Vanguard

Recognizes individuals who have earned 25 credits (15 credits are for achievement and/or service to the industry).

Ambassador
Recognizes individuals who have received the Vanguard Degree and have earned an additional 25 service credits.
