Chicago—According to event organizers, this year’s NeoCon show drew 41,488 interior designers, architects and trade professionals from June 10 to 12. That’s up slightly from 2012’s attendance of 40,947. The 2013 edition featured more than 700 contract furnishings exhibitors in more than one million feet of space. “NeoCon 2013 proved to be very successful,” said Byron Morton, vice president of leasing, MMPI.
“The increased number and quality of attendees,” he explained, “coupled with nine new showroom openings are clear indicators of the validity of the show, and we’re thrilled to say exhibitors upped the ante with their designed displays of new products that generated considerable visitor traffic.”
NeoCon 2014 is scheduled to take place June 9 to 11.
