San Jose, Calif. — Burke Flooring has announced a price increase of 3.5% to 5% across all products. The increase will be effective with shipments on March 15, 2014.
“The industry continues to see increases in energy and transportation costs,” said Burke president Bob Pitman. “For the last three years it has been possible to offset a portion of rising costs by sustained growth, but we have reached a point where a price increase is inevitable.”
