Livonia, Mich. — RD Weis Companies, a full-service commercial flooring company, has acquired Clean Surfaces LLC. Weis will assume all the maintenance and service base of Clean Surfaces.
Larry Burgan, formerly with Clean Surfaces, has been named manager of operations. Flooring Services Inc., a strategic partner of Clean Surfaces, will continue to work with the company on strategic opportunities with both companies.
