Dalton—J+J Flooring Group announced that it has promoted Josh Hall to vice president–manufacturing. Hall started his career with J+J Flooring Group in 2008 as a manager–process engineering and has since served in a number of manufacturing leadership positions, including his most recent role as senior director–manufacturing.

In his new position, Hall will assume responsibility for setting the overall framework and strategic goals for the manufacturing operations of the company. This includes the oversight of policies, personnel, equipment, technology, safety, sustainability and manufacturing processes for all products from J+J’s Invision and Kinetex brands. As part of the promotion, Hall joins the company’s senior leadership team and is reporting to David Jolly, J+J Flooring Group president.
