Mill Valley, Calif.—Bridgeway Interactive’s 16th Annual Conference will be held Nov. 14-15 at the Silverado Resort and Spa in California’s Napa Valley wine country.

Bridgeway Interactive’s conference will feature keynote speaker, Joe Calamusa, managing director at University of Alabama’s sales program at the business school. Calamusa will highlight new leadership skills and techniques needed for managing the rising millennial generation, what makes this group different from earlier generations and why companies should be prepared for them.

The conference’s main points of discussion will focus on how the message behind buzzwords relates to Bridgeway Interactive’s dealers, builders and vendor partners, and on the impact these concepts have in their business environment. New and improved online tools will be demonstrated to show how they can be part of the buzz.
