Salem, N.J.—Mannington Mills has completed the acquisition of Phenix Flooring and Pharr Fibers and Yarns, located in McAdenville, N.C. and Dalton, Ga. Phenix Flooring manufactures stylish, trend-setting premium P.E.T and nylon carpet for a variety of markets across the United States. Pharr Fibers and Yarns is one of North America’s leading manufacturers of carpet yarns, supplying customers across the globe.

With this acquisition, Mannington adds to its robust product offering of residential and commercial sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl, laminate, resilient and hardwood floors as well as commercial carpet and rubber.

No terms of the transaction were disclosed.
