FCICA to hold ‘Managing Cash Flow’ webinar

HomeCOVID-19FCICA to hold ‘Managing Cash Flow’ webinar

The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) continues its live online educational series with a webinar on ‘Managing Your Cash Flow during COVID-19,’ scheduled to take place Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at 1 p.m. EST.

The webinar will be presented by Mick Holly, CEO of Flooring by the Numbers, a management consulting company. Holly has more than 30 years of experience helping the leaders of Fortune 500 firms implement strategic change programs. Over the last 10 years, he has been working with commercial flooring businesses and has developed an approach called “Running your business by the Numbers,” which helps owners and leaders grow both their business and their employees.

Cash and cash flow are always critical, especially when flooring customers pay slowly. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated this. This webinar focuses on understanding the drivers of cash flow and actions contractors can put into immediate effect to address acute cash needs. Following the webinar, Holly will field inquiries during a live Q&A session.

This webinar is free for FCICA members; the non-member price is $39.95. In addition, FCICA webinars provide a one-hour continuing education credit (CEU) toward Certified Installation Manager (CIM) renewal requirements.

The registration deadline is Monday, April 20, 2020 at 3p.m. EST.
