Dalton–Shaw Industries ranked fourth on Elearning! magazine’s Learning! 100. Honored for the fifth consecutive year, Shaw Industries is among top private sector companies recognized for high performance, organizational culture, innovation and collaboration.

“The Learning! 100 ranking is a reflection of Shaw’s continued investments in learning and development,” said Brian Cooksey, director of operations, training and development. “Our nearly 23,000 associates are engaged in a wide variety of roles from manufacturing to marketing, from sales to sustainability. Our education and training programs are customized to help ensure Shaw associates are equipped to achieve their highest potential.”

“The Learning! 100 recognizes the top 100 global learning organizations for high performance. These organizations are innovative, collaborative and have a truly immersive learning culture,” said Catherine Upton, award chairperson. “Organizations from 2 to 1.6 million employees are honored this year, and shows size does not matter when it comes to making a difference in the learning field.” In 2014, Shaw delivered more than 1 million training hours of strategic training programs to help Shaw adapt quickly to the ever-changing market and business landscape. The company was also named No. 8 on the Forbes America’s Best Employers 2015 list.
