Cary, N.C.— Dancik International  unveiled its Navigator ERP software product, incorporating a modern user experience with intuitive work flows that are focused on enhanced customer service and increased operational efficiency.

Navigator is designed with today’s computer user in mind, whether that user is an employee, a customer accessing your business website, or a trading partner in your supply chain management hierarchy.

“Today’s flooring marketplace is extremely challenging; consumer spending is down, but demands and expectations are greater than ever, driving retailers, distributors and manufacturers to implement solutions that focus on attracting and retaining customers while improving back office efficiencies” said Tony Thomas, director of sales, Dancik International.

Navigator features customizable user dashboards and comprehensive industry-specialized applications. Available as either a server-based or hosted software solution, and coupled with support from implementation and training experts, Thomas said, “Navigator ERP is the only logical choice for modern flooring businesses.”
