Atlanta – In the latest acknowledgement of the dynamic partnership AmericasMart maintains with its exhibitors, Orian Rugs, has expanded its AmericasMart showroom space from 3,000 square feet to 6,500 square feet, relocating to showroom 6-F-1 in Building 1.
“We are increasing our showroom space to meet the demands of our business growth, accommodate our retail partners and to be able to fully display the breadth of our impressive product portfolio,” said Mikala Moller, director of marketing for Orian Rugs. “AmericasMart has been a great forum for us to attract the retail buyers that we are partnered with and our collaboration with AmericasMart continues to drive new business to our showroom.”
The industry’s most respected importers and manufacturers will converge on Atlanta as AmericasMart presents the nation’s only global wholesale trade event of 2012: Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, which takes place Jan. 11-18 (Temporaries, Jan. 13-15), featuring The International Area Rug Market, featuring the National Oriental Rug Show, which takes place Jan. 12-15 (Temporaries: Jan. 13-15).
The world’s largest collection of area rugs is housed in a four-floor product center in Building 1 of AmericasMart. The area rug collection – supported by a unique temporary collection – is an integral part of the more than seven million square feet of the world’s largest collection of home furnishings, accessories, gifts and apparel.
Orian Rugs, whose lines include a range of innovative indoor and outdoor area rug constructions in a variety of stylish designs, will proudly showcase its Made in the USA product designation. “One of the highlights in our new showroom will be to showcase that our products are proudly Made in the USA, which is a benefit that is responsible for our growth as well,” she said.
Orian Rugs will debut a new product line, the Gallery Collection, at the January market. To celebrate the debut of the Gallery Collection, Orian Rugs is offering show specials to new and existing customers. Orian Rugs will celebrate the opening of its new expanded showroom with a ribbon-cutting party on Jan 12 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
