Toronto — TORLYS Smart Floors celebrated a milestone and a first in its history by winning the prestigious BILD (Building Industry and Land Development Association) Manufacturer/Supplier of the Year award. The is the first time the Manufacturer/Supplier of the Year award has been presented to a  flooring-exclusive company in recognition of its dedication to the environment while offering great value and design. The BILD Associate awards are handed out at the end of each year in order to recognize companies that are highly rated by their homebuilder clients for quality and service as partners in the building process.

Since 1921, BILD has been the voice of the land development, home building and professional renovation industry in the Greater Toronto Area and through the Associate Awards, recognizes those that are highly rated and respected within and by the building industry itself. There are currently 1,350 members in the association.TORLYS has been a strong supplier to the home building community in the Ontario market for over 20 years and has been a member of BILD association since 1995. A dedicated team of TORLYS professionals service the flooring needs of homebuilders and offer a wide selection of innovative flooring products such as hardwood, laminate, cork, leather and TerraWood floors.
