Dalton — Tandus Flooring’s NeoCon showroom was booming over the past few days and the event kicked off on a fantastic note with Best of NeoCon Gold in Broadloom for the innovative Needle Tech Collection. This award-winning collection grabbed the attention of NeoCon attendees throughout the three day show and started the conversation about the head-turning broadlooms.

Needle Tech from Tandus

The Needle Tech Collection consists of four unique styles designed using Tandus Flooring’s Dynex SD Lustre, a beautiful high luster fiber used in conjunction with Dynex SD. The use of high and low lusters project a craft-like, handmade construction found in needlepoint and crochet but without compromise to performance.

“We are able to utilize high and low luster solution-dyed fibers giving the 100% loop construction of the Collection the look of luxurious cut loop,” said Terry Mowers, Chief Creative Officer, Tandus Flooring. “These varying levels of luster create color and definition and a textural look of a handcrafted broadloom.”

Broadlooms were not the only products to turn heads in the Tandus Flooring showroom. Tandus Flooring’s Sero designed products also created quite the buzz with styles like DV8 which features the next generation of Tandus Flooring’s Stratatec tufting capabilities. The innovative design is captured in hybrid resilient sheet flooring as well as modular in 24”x24” and 18”x36” tiles.

Renowned designers Jhane Barnes and Suzanne Tick also brought their fresh Sero designs to the Tandus Flooring showroom with Uproar and Cypher, and Radiant and Lumen respectively. To round out Tandus Flooring platforms beautiful wovens were also featured demonstrating luxurious beauty and the fit for purpose solutions offered by Tandus Flooring.
