Chattanooga, Tenn. — CarpetsPlus Colortile will hold its 2013 Summit in Indianapolis, Oct. 12 to 14. CarpetsPlus Colortile members Mark and Mary Anne Dougherty, Hoosier CarpetsPlus Colortile in Bloomington, will be hosting the event.

CarpetsPlus Colortile Summits enhance member businesses through networking, sharing best practices, and training. These events are hosted by a CarpetsPlus Colortile member who opens his or her business for the benefit of the group.

After starting out in a 12’ x 12’ office space with two employees 20 years ago, the Doughertys now have two locations in Bloomington with 20 employees, six of which are family members. They have faithfully served as members of the Alliance Flooring Advisory Board for several years. And as co-recipients of the Retailer of the Year Award in 2003, they became the first repeat winners in CarpetsPlus Colortile history.
