Spindale, N.C.—White Oak Carpet Mills, a division of CAP Carpet, will invest $4.1 million to expand its operations in Spindale, N.C., according to Area Development.

The company will relocate its current operations to a 250,000-square-foot building that was constructed in 1973 and has been vacant for more than five years. The North Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority has awarded Rutherford County a Building Reuse Program grant in the amount of $300,000 to support the building’s reuse.
