Lancaster, Pa.– United Flooring Group has just added its Charlotte, N.C., showroom to Armstrong Flooring’s Elite Dealer program.

Founded 2013 in Charlotte, United Flooring Group’s staff has a combined 25 years of experience in designing and installing a variety of flooring products. With a commitment to recognizing social impact, United’s main focus is on installing environmentally friendly products. They carry flooring that uses recyclable materials and non-toxic formulas to limit harmful effects of downstream pollution during production.

United prides itself on being a company built on the principles of honesty, quality, craftsmanship, and a sincere effort to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Finding a company like Armstrong, that shares those values, was key according to Matheus Stivaletti, operations manager.

“We like several aspects about Armstrong Flooring, most notably three items that resonate with our clients and ourselves: 1) their attention to detail to create high quality products; 2) the fact that these are American made products; and 3) their social responsibility, especially the concern with the environment,” Stivaletti said.

Elite Retailers are required to go through extensive training allowing them to specialize in Armstrong Flooring product knowledge and installation expertise. An additional benefit of the program for the retailer is that the store is co-branded on ArmstrongFlooring.com which also helps to provide qualified leads direct to the retailer.
